Delivery Arrangements for Typhoon, Adverse Weather, or Extreme Conditions:

Delivery services will be suspended if the Hong Kong Observatory issues the following warnings:

• Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above
• Red or Black Rainstorm Warning
• Flooding and Landslides

Delivery will be arranged 3 hours after the cancellation of the above-mentioned warnings.

If the warnings are lifted after 5 pm, delivery will be scheduled for the next day.

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted due to delivery delays caused by traffic or weather conditions.

• Fresh flowers are natural products, and the color, shape, size, and availability of materials may be affected by factors such as seasons, places of origin, and climate changes.
• In cases of material shortage, we will substitute with materials of similar color, equal, or higher value.

• We will try our best to present arrangements that resemble the images provided.
• Please notify us 48 hours in advance for any changes in style or pickup date.
• If we are unable to provide a product in the order, or if there are errors in pricing or information due to printing mistakes or price discrepancies, we will contact you promptly.
• If you have any feedback on the received products, please inform our Flower Garden colleagues immediately or contact us within 3 hours after pickup, maintaining the product’s original condition and providing photos. Our team will follow up and address the issue.
• In case of any disputes, our store reserves the right to make the final decision.
